1. Using this website
These terms apply to www.ascenzero.com and the free X-ray. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. The free X-ray is information only
The free X-ray is an information check of your online presence and of where AI agents could help. It is free, there is one per business, and it does not oblige either side to anything. It uses third-party sources and AI models, so results can differ from what a person sees on their own phone or in their own AI assistant.
3. Results are not guaranteed
The numbers and percentages on our website are examples or typical ranges, not promises. Results depend on your business, your market and on third parties such as Google, Meta and AI providers, whose systems we do not control.
4. Paid work needs a written agreement
Paid work is governed by a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides. It sets out the scope, the fees and how they are paid, and the timeline. Nothing on this website is an offer to work on different terms.
5. Your data
We handle the information you give us for the free X-ray as described in our Privacy Policy. For paid work, you keep ownership of your data, your accounts and your workflows, as described on our Security, privacy and reliability page.
6. Fair use
Please do not misuse the website: do not try to break or overload it, do not send automated or abusive requests, and do not submit information you have no right to share.
7. Other companies' services
The website and our services work with platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google and AI providers. They have their own terms, which apply to your use of them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
