You stay in control

Customer-facing actions can wait for your approval, and you decide which ones. Our systems are designed so that a person approves anything that matters before it is sent or applied.

Agents hand over to a person when they are unsure, and every action is logged, so you can see what happened and why.

AI output can be wrong. We check important output and correct errors when we find them or when you tell us.

Tested before it goes live

We do not switch an agent on for your customers on day one. We build with official APIs, test with a set of real conversations, and run in shadow mode first: the agent drafts and a person approves.

The blueprint step includes data flows, API access, guardrails, hosting and a security review. Launch is gradual, with hand-over rules, monitoring, alerts and an audit log.

Monitoring and human fallback

Live agents are monitored, and alerts tell us when something needs attention. When an agent cannot handle a request, it hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing.

Your data stays yours

You own your data, your accounts and your workflows. If we part ways, you keep everything.

Where we process data for you, we use it only to provide your service, keep each client's data separate from other clients' data, and limit access to the people who need it. Only people you approve can see your data.

Your data lives on secure cloud servers or on your own server, your choice. Our main servers are in the United Arab Emirates. Connections use HTTPS, backups are encrypted, and we make daily backups with regular restore tests.

AI providers

We use the right model for each job: OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, so you are never locked in to one.

We use paid business interfaces of AI providers whose terms state that customer inputs are not used to train their models. Your data never trains public AI models.

When the work ends

Terms are agreed upfront and you can stop at any time. We hand everything over cleanly, and the data we process for you is deleted or returned as you instruct.
